Thai massage is an elegant, unique modality of bodywork and therapeutic touch.
The recipient is fully clothed in loose comfortable clothing that allows for mobility.
Yoga clothes or sweats and a t-shirt. The session is conducted on a mat on the floor instead of on a traditional massage table.
Elements of traditional massage, acupressure, gentle supported twists, subtle cranial manipulations and simple breath work are woven into each session. In addition to relieving aching muscles, thai massage calms the nervous system, soothes the adrenals and stimulates the lymphatic system.
