Justin holds a masters of Kinesiology, BA in Psychology, is a Board Certified Massage Therapist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Orthopedic Massage therapist, and currenlty working on his Certified Pain Specialist certification. Justin has been involved with healthcare since 2007 combining manual therapy, movement, exercise and education to achieve long lasting results with his clients.
Justin is passionate about helping people get out of persistent pain and lead a full and healthy life. This passion drives him to find the most effective treatment possible for his clients even if this means referring to another healthcare provider. His knowledge is complimented by his ability to coach his clients through obstacles that are holding them back from success.
In addition to his rehab work Justin teaches locally as well as across the country with some of the industry’s leading educators. These experiences allow him to continually deepen and refine his knowledge through the interaction with the worlds leading researches and clinicians on a continual basis.

Tyler is committed to helping people achieve goals through the application of soft tissue manipulation and corrective movements. With experience in strength sports (he competes as a strong-man athlete!) and working with athletes, Tyler knows what it takes to be at the ready for any and all performance goals even those everyday ones. Don’t let his stature fool you, Tyler is an excellent listener who wants to learn about his clients, and he is a very intuitive therapist.
Michaela Henningfeld

Michaela Henningfeld is a native to the Boise area who strives to help individuals feel empowered and connected to their bodies with massage therapy. Michaela graduated from The Idaho School of Massage Therapy earning her licensure in 2018 where she was educated in a variety of massage modalities. Her years of experience have given her the ability to work with many different body types and conditions, helping her to understand that a unique and individualized therapeutic approach is necessary for success. As a result, Michaela takes pride in active listening and tailoring a treatment plan that is obtainable to each individual she works with. Whether the session is about stress relief, meeting a fitness goal, and/or managing chronic pain she will be an excellent facilitator of the process.

Jodeen Revere

Jodeen brings over sixteen years of experience to her work as a Thai Yoga massage therapist. Twenty years as a yoga teacher with a strong background in dance and movement influence the grace of her sessions which are smooth, strong and fluid.
Thai massage is an elegant and unique bodywork modality that in addition to relieving tension and sore muscles, calms the nervous system, soothes the adrenals, decompresses the spine, stimulates the lymph. Elements of traditional massage, acupressure, gentle supported twists, subtle cranial manipulations and simple breathing are woven into each session.
It has been described as “having yoga done on you, but you are completely passive.”
No level of flexibility is at all required to receive a session.
Sessions take place on a large padded mat on the floor and the recipient wears loose comfortable clothing. Yoga clothes or sweats and a t-shirt.
Essential oils, fantastic music and hand crafted body butter are carefully curated to assist in making each session a singular, deeply restorative and rejuvenating experience.

Ciara began her massage career in 2019 and has worked primarily in medical offices treating pain and dysfunction. She decided on this career as she has always had a desire to help people on their journey to optimal health. Ciara creates a healing environment where she can form a deeper connection with her clients and their needs. Her sessions are meant to help relieve the stressors of chronic body pain, no matter the source. When not providing relief to her clients, she keeps herself busy with as many days near the water as possible, along with her husband and 3 rambunctious boys.
